- The structure shall be R.C.C. frame with brick masonry.
- All external walls 6” thick & internal walls 4" thick.
- Vitrified flooring 2' x 2' with skirting.
- Sand faced cement plaster externally & neeru finished internally.
- Three track powder coated Aluminum sliding window (3/4 section) with mosquito net & safety grill.
- Entrance & bedroom doors & frames are laminated, window grills shall be painted with oil paint.
- Building externally painted with acrylic/apex paint and internally with acrylic oil bond distemper.
- Toilet door shutters are water cutting with oil paints.
- Granite kitchen platform with stainless steel sink & 7' ht. glazed tiles dado above platform.
- All toilets will have Ceramic anti-skid flooring, glazed tile dado upto 7' ht. & 4' ht. in Utility.
- Granite frames for toilets.
- Allotted Parking with chequered tiles/trimix flooring/paver block.
- Municipal water facility & boaring.
- Each room shall have two light points, one fan point and plug point. Hall & Master bed room will have telephone cable point.
- Geyser point will be provided in bath rooms.
- Terrace will be finished in IPS cement flooring.
- Concealed electrification with polycab / similar wire.
- Concealed telephone conduits & cable connection.
- Power backup for lift.
